Welfaux Managing Director, Chris, has worked at Welfaux since 2014, starting out in Sales.

Just because his dad is Managing Director does not mean that Chris moved straight to the top, and similarly to his father’s journey, Chris has worked his way up through the ranks which has given him experience in various parts of the business. Chris was awarded the position of Director in 2021, leaving his previous position as Operations Coordinator, which is his proudest moment yet during his time at Welfaux.

Along with Richard, Chris is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business - with Richard more focused on the service side of things, while Chris is more sales oriented. Despite being the Managing Director, Chris gets involved in pretty much anything and everything and is always happy to muck in and do whatever he can to help the rest of the team.

Chris’s favourite thing about Welfaux MH is the team - There is a diverse range of characters and personalities, yet everyone gets along which creates a real family feel to the company. “I’ve worked hard to build a good culture and we want people to enjoy coming to work. Hopefully I’ve succeeded in that and paved the way for the company to grow even more in the next couple of years.”
